• 1. One visa application form duly filled in and signed.
•  passport sized photograph with 80% face cover
• Covering letter on company letter head
• Clear Invitation letter from the invitee company addressed to the Embassy of Angola in Portuguese language with stamp, email id & contact details of the company. Address of stay should be mention in invitation letter.
• Clear valid photo id proof (Resident card copy or Angola Visa copy) of invitee.
• Copy of tax document paid by the Angolan company –  DAR (  2022) copy of Invitee Company attested by notary in Angola.
• Yellow fever vaccination
• Application form to be filled in capital letters with complete details
• Travel Insurance.

Tourist ( E-Visa Only )

• A photo of standard size. Width (381 – 571) pixels. Height (496 – 744) pixels. Maximum file size – 200 KB. Image format – JPEG.
• Photocopy of Passport recognized in the Republic of Angola with at least 6 months of validity: A copy of the passport page that displays data and photo, Maximum file size – 70 KB, Image format – JPEG
• International Vaccine Certificate valid
• Hotel reservations or proof of accommodation
• Proof of Livelihoods equivalent of 200USD per each day of stay in the territory
• Ticket reservation with return.

WORK

• One visa form duly filled in and signed.
• Letter requesting for the work visa from the Angolan company.
• 1 photo with 80% face cover
• Declaration stating you will obey the rules and regulations of Angolan law from time to time.
• Work contract
• Educational certificates duly translated into Portuguese language attested by mea, consular division Patiala house, New Delhi.
• Medical certificate same as above.
• Police clearance same as above.
• Curriculum vitae duly translated and attested by notary public.
• NOC from “Ministerio Da Administracao Publica, Emprego e Seguranca Social” ( Ministry of Public Administration & Social Security).
• Photocopy of the official gazette bulletin (diario da republica)
• Photocopy of the registration document (alvara)
• Photocopy of the (statistical document (registo estatistico)
• Photocopy of autorization to conduct the external trade (Autorizacao Do Exercio Da Actividade Comercial Externa)
• Photocopy of “ DAR – Arrecadacao De Receitas.- (document collection of revenues)

RESIDENCE
