- Covering letter on the company letterhead..with applicant contact number.
- Invitation from party attested by Ministry Of Foreign Affairs in Armenia.
- Ticket .
- Hotel Confirmation ( In case of Tourist Purpose. )
- Last 3 month till date bank statement
